Feature · Relationship health
See the health of the relationships that matter.
SignalBox grades your relationships by how recently you have been in meaningful contact. Every circle gets a freshness score and your whole network gets one grade, from A to F, so you spot drift weeks before it turns into distance.

- A and B mean you are current.
- C is a prompt.
- D is a nudge to send one message today.
Only what you have committed to counts
Some groups are worth keeping but not worth tending every week, such as people you met at an event. Circles you are not actively tending can sit outside your score, so the grade reflects the relationships you have chosen to look after.
Where you see it
- On your dashboard, as one grade for your whole network, with how it has moved this month.
- Beside every circle, as a freshness score.

Questions
What counts as meaningful contact?
Any interaction you log: an email, phone call, meeting, video call, direct message or engagement with their posts. Emails sent from SignalBox, or sent with your logging address in BCC, are logged for you.
How do I improve my grade?
Get in touch with the people who are due. Each logged interaction resets that person’s clock, and your circle and network grades rise with it.
Is relationship health the same as lead scoring?
No. Lead scoring rates how likely someone is to buy. Relationship health measures how well you are keeping in touch, which is what keeps work coming from the people who already know you.
