Feature · Email
Write to people without leaving SignalBox.
When someone is due, the email is right there on their page: their name in the greeting, your signature at the bottom, sent from your own Gmail address. Their reply comes back to their timeline, so you always know where you left it.

- Templates for the emails you send often, with first names dropped in wherever you put them.
- Documents and links, such as your proposal, deck or booking page, one click away in any email.
- One message to many people: pick up to 50 from a circle or Follow-up, write once, then check each person’s copy before it goes.
Replies, logged for you
Replies to what you send land on the person’s timeline as Email Received, and their last contact moves with them, so their next follow-up date stays right.
Using another email app? Add your logging address in BCC
Every workspace has its own logging address. Add it in BCC from Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or any other email app, and the email is logged on the timeline of every contact it went to. With Gmail connected, replies to it are picked up too.
You can also open Gmail or Outlook from any contact, with their address filled in.
Questions
Does SignalBox send from my own address?
Yes. Email goes from your own Gmail address, so it looks and arrives like any other email you send.
Can I use SignalBox with Outlook?
Yes. Open Outlook from any contact with their address filled in, or add your SignalBox logging address in BCC from Outlook so the email is logged on their timeline.
Does SignalBox read my whole inbox?
No. SignalBox only looks for replies to emails you sent from it, and saves only those replies on the contact’s timeline. Everything else in your inbox is left alone.
